How to make a Contact form for blog & website by using Google Drive.

Contact us form is used to post your queries, give suggestions, ask FAQ to the blog or website admin. Simply it is used to contact or communicate with blogs or website admin. To do this various methods are there. Many online website provides to make contact us form and display it to your website or my website user made it with dynamic websites. In this article I will show how to make contact us form for your blog by using Google Drive service and it is fairly simple to create and manage. So without go much into details let us start.

Follow the steps below to make Contact Us form:

First go to Google Drive → Click on CREATE button located at left site → Click on From.

Give Title to your form and you can select the theme. Select whichever you like and then click on OK.

Enter the description like "Fill the following form to contact with me." Question titles will be the labels required to make a form. First label obviously will be "Full Name". Select Question type as Text. Tick on Required question check box and then click on Done.

Now click on Add item → Give question title-"Email ID" → Question type- "Text" → Advance Settings → Enable Data Validation → Set validation control text and email → Set error - "Please enter valid email ID" → Tick on Required question check box → Done.

Now again click on Add item → Give question title-"Subject of Message" → Question type- "Text" →  Tick on Required question check box → Done.

Click on Add item →  Give question title-"Your Message" → Question type- "Paragraph text" → Advance Settings → Enable Data Validation → Set validation control text and Minimum character count → write 150 → Set error - "Please describe your query in detail at least 150 characters. " → Tick on Required question check box → Done.

Now your form is ready.
